Delete your account

1. How to request deletion

Your Ambicast account is the one you use on the website and in any Ambicast player. Uninstalling an app does not delete the account. To delete the account and the data tied to it, email privacy@ambicast.tv from the address you used to sign up.

Include:

• The subject line “Account deletion request”.
• The email address on the account.
• Your organisation / workspace name if you have more than one.

2. What we delete

• Your login and account profile.
• Workspace members, screens, pairing data, and records of devices that played your content.
• Playlists, media and playback logs associated with that account.

3. How long it takes

We aim to confirm your request within a few business days. Associated personal data is deleted within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example billing records for tax). See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
