Service Level Agreement

1. Uptime commitment

Ambicast will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the dashboard and content-delivery services available with a target Monthly Uptime of 99.9%, measured per calendar month. This is a service target, not a warranty of uninterrupted availability. This SLA applies to customers on a paid subscription and forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

• Monthly Uptime = (total minutes in the month − Downtime minutes) ÷ total minutes in the month, expressed as a percentage.
• Downtime = a period during which the core Service is unavailable, excluding the exclusions in section 4.
• Service Credit = a percentage credit applied to your next invoice, as set out in section 3.

3. Service credits

If Monthly Uptime falls below the commitment, you may request a Service Credit:

Offline playback means paired screens keep showing their last-published content during a brief outage, so a dashboard outage does not necessarily blank your screens.

4. Exclusions

Downtime does not include unavailability caused by:

• Scheduled maintenance for which we gave reasonable notice.
• Factors outside our reasonable control, including internet or third-party platform failures (e.g. your TV, streaming device or network).
• Your acts or omissions, or use of the Service in breach of the Terms.
• Third-party services you connect (such as external data feeds).
• Suspension or termination in accordance with the Terms.

5. Claiming a credit

To claim a Service Credit, email help@ambicast.tv within 30 days of the end of the affected month, with the dates and times of the Downtime you experienced. Service Credits are your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure to meet this SLA, are applied as a credit against future fees, and are not refundable as cash.
