2. “As is” service

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality or appropriateness of content you display on your screens — including prices, menus, timetables and promotions. You are responsible for reviewing what appears on public-facing screens.

4. Third-party services and hardware

• We do not control third-party devices (such as Fire TV, Android TV or smart TVs), operating systems or browsers, and are not responsible for their performance.
• Where you connect external data feeds or integrations, we are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of that third-party data.
• Links from our website to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

Our liability to you is limited as set out in our Terms of Service. Subject to those Terms, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
